Buffalo says it better than we can
I recently hired Ray to clean my carpets and I couldn't be happier with the results! Ray was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the best techniques for getting out tough stains and restoring my carpets to their original beauty. He was also incredibly thorough and took the time to make sure every inch of my carpets was cleaned to perfection. What really impressed me about Ray was his attention to detail and commitment to quality. He went above and beyond to make sure my carpets were spotless, even taking extra care with high-traffic areas and tough-to-clean spots. The end result were carpets that looked brand new and smelled fresh and clean. Overall, I highly recommend Ray to anyone in need of carpet cleaning services. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work and delivers exceptional results. Thanks, Ray, for a job well done!
To my horror, my mom and I came home from being out of town and noticed our cats had starting urinating in the living room. I called and buffalocarpetny was in my house and had cleaned the area within 2 hours. You just can’t find service like that. The communication was great, friendly, and fast. Highly recommend.
First of all, I wish I took a before and after picture of my carpet. We have no pets and there wasn’t any stains just normal dirt and I shampooed my carpet often. What a difference when Ray did it!!! It’s blue carpet that looked grayish blue and when he was done it’s actually the pretty blue again! Best of all, I called for a quote and he was in the area and came over in just minutes and offered to do it right then and there. Fast service, awesome job and great guy. Who could ask for more?? 😳 Ray has a new customer here and by my word of mouth hopefully many more. Thanks Ray!!
Fast and professional service! I had a few pet stains and Rob was able to get all of them out. My carpet is rejuvenated and looks like new. He also did my stairs which are older berber carpet and he was able to get them clean and fluff the worn high traffic sections. Before leaving he tackled a small tiled hallway. The grout is clean and the tiles look great. Will schedule again next year.
Had a great experience this afternoon with a last minute apartment cleaning job. The fridge and stove were left looking like new and I was more than happy to not have to be the scrubbing them. I’ll definitely be in touch for my next deep cleaning job. Thanks again!
